The National Programs Operations Center (NPOC) provides local program management, systems engineering and analysis, and technical training services for federal agencies engaged in a wide range of defense and intelligence activities.

The combination of a local, dedicated facility in the Washington, DC area with strong links to Harris' development organizations in Melbourne and Palm Bay, Florida, ensures that our customers and stakeholders are provided with assured communication systems and solutions that clearly support their mission requirements.
The NPOC has an experienced and innovative technical staff with government and industry-related expertise in all aspects of Requirement Identification & Analysis, Systems Definition & Development, Integration & Testing, Field Installation, Data Processing, and O&M activities.
